Frontenac Concierge Nursing is a team of Registered Nurses providing private, in-home care for surgical recovery, wound care, chronic disease management, and caregiver respite. Our nurses see fewer patients in a day, so visits aren't rushed.

Every client works with the same small RN-led team, so you're not explaining your history to someone new each visit.
Surgical Recovery Support
Pre-op preparation, post-op monitoring, medication management, and help getting moving again, so more of the recovery happens at home instead of in an extended hospital stay.
Advanced Wound Management
Regular assessment, dressing changes, and infection monitoring for surgical wounds, pressure injuries, and chronic wounds. Your physician gets clear documentation after each visit.
Ongoing Condition Support
Coordinated support for diabetes, COPD, heart failure, and similar conditions. We keep an eye on symptoms and medications and act early when something changes, which often heads off a trip to the ER.
Relief for Family Caregivers
Short-term skilled coverage so a family caregiver can take a break, travel, or deal with their own health while someone qualified is at home.

FCN was founded by a Registered Nurse with years of experience in both hospital and community care, and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Every visit is carried out or overseen by a Registered Nurse. We started the practice because too many families here are left managing complicated care on their own in the weeks after a hospital discharge.
